Wing IDE 1.1b7 for Windows and Linux: September 6, 2001

This is the seventh beta release of Wing IDE 1.1, available for Windows and Linux.

This version adds many new features, such as structural code folding, interactive breakpoint display area, improved interactive shell that can be used also when no debug process is running, debugger support for WXPython and most embedded scripting environments, automatic support for new minor Python releases, much improved search manager, automatic brace hilighting, syntax hilighting for additional languages (Ada, Eiffel, Lisp, Ruby, and Bash scripts), and an improved auto-wrap command.

Many bug fixes and significant optimization of startup time and memory usage are also included in this release. For details, see the change log that accompanies the release.
