[wingide-users] feature request -- drag and drop breakpoints

Just wondering if it would be possible to drag-and-drop breakpoints from one
line to another.  If it's an absolute breakpoint, it's no big deal, but if
it's a conditional breakpoint, then I have to re-type the condition.
