[wingide-users] Tooltips hanging around even when the window isswitched

That happens to me quite frequently. Windows XP, SP3, Wing 3.2.9-1. It's not
specific to the current release; it's happened as long as I've been using
Wing (6-7 months).

Hey,

 

It happened to me on a couple of Windows XP machines that tooltips created
by Wing stay on the screen even when Wing is switched away from. A bug?
