That shouldn't alter the availability of undo/redo in the editor.  The 
only thing I can think might
have happened is that focus moved to the OS Commands tool and in that 
context undo/redo
would be disabled.  If that doesn't explain it, submitting a bug report 
from Wing's Help menu
with error log immediately after reproducing the bug may show us what is 
happening.
