[wingide-users] Unable to cancel navigation lists

When you are editing a file you get a Source Index at the top of the edit 
window (discussed in section 4.2 "Navigating Source" of the reference 
manual).

However, when you open up one of these menus there is no way of cancelling 
it without the edit window being changed. If you simply click somewhere 
else to cancel the menu, the editor focus is moved to the enclosing scope.

Obviously it should be possible to cancel this menu with no action. Either 
pressing Esc or clicking somewhere else should remove the menu with 
nothing happening in the editor.
