This is not possible with 1.1.9, but it's a good idea so we'll look at
adding it in future releases.

This should work if no other copy of Wing is open.  If there is a copy
of Wing open, you can add --new to the command line (e.g.: wing --new
project.wpr) to open the project in a new instance of wing.
