[wingide-users] Conditional breakpoints

When I have a conditional breakpoint, and I click on the little dot on
the left margin of the editor that indicates the conditional breakpoint,
it seems to just delete the breakpoint.

I was kind of expecting to be able to edit it. It's a real pain to
retype some of the more complex conditional breakpoints I'm using all
over the place.
